The present study is aimed to compare between the aspects of perfectionism, cerebral-behavioral system, and resiliency in coronary artery patients versus normal individuals. Materials and Methods: Sample of this causal-comparative research consisted of 300 individuals (150 patients and 150 healthyt individuals) admitted at Tehran cardiovascular hospitals in 2013. Convenient sampling was carried out. Research tool included Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS), Behavioral Inhibitory Systems-Behavioral Activating System scale (BIS/BAS) of Carver White, and Connor-Davidson Resiliency Scale (CD-RISC). Data analyzed by statistical values, logistic regression analysis, binominal test, and Mann-Whitney test through SPSS software version 18. Results:Results indicated that there is positive significant relationship between the aspects of perfectionism (practical doubtfulness, parents’ expectations, and discipline) and standard variable (two conditions: patient and healthy) (P<0.05).  In brain/behavioral system, there is positive significant relationship between behavioral inhibition, escape, and activation with standard variable (P<0.05). Yet, resiliency had no significant difference between two groups (P=0.158).    Conclusion: According to the results of the present research, specific components of perfectionism dimensions and systems of brain-behavior is  associated dedicated coronary heart disease and can be a useful component in the analysis of psychological are  of coronary heart disease.}, keywords = {Cerebral-behavioral system,Coronary Artery Disease,Perfectionism,Resiliency}, title_fa = {مقایسه‌ی ابعاد کمال‌گرایی، سیستم‌های مغزی-رفتاری و تاب‌آوری در بیماران عروق کرونر و افراد عادی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: امروزه در جوامع مختلف با روند صعودی بیماری‌های قلبی–عروقی مواجه هستیم. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف مقایسه‌ی ابعاد کمال‌گرایی، سیستم‌های مغزی-رفتاری و تاب‌آوری در بیماران عروق کرونر و افراد عادی می‌باشد. روش‌کار: در این پژوهش علی-مقایسه‌ای، داده‌ها از 150 نفر بیمار عروق کرونری مراجعه‌کننده و بستری شده در بیمارستان‌های قلب و عروق شهر تهران در سال 1392 و 150 نفر سالم جمع‌آوری شدند. این افراد با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس کمال‌گرایی چندبعدی فراست، مقیاس سیستم‌های بازداری و فعال‌سازی رفتاری کارور وایت و مقیاس تاب‌آوری کانر-دیویدسون بودند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک دوجمله‌ای و یو مان-ویتنی و نسخه‌ی 18 نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج، ابعاد کمال‌گرایی متغیرهای تردید نسبت به اعمال، انتظارات والدین و نظم و ترتیب با متغیر ملاک (در دو وضعیت بیمار و سالم) رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌دار داشتند (05/0>P). در سیستم مغزی-رفتاری، بازداری رفتاری و تفریح‌طلبی فعال‌سازی با متغیر ملاک رابطه‌ی منفی و معنی‌دار و جنگ و گریز با متغیر ملاک، رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌دار داشتند (05/0>P). تاب‌آوری در دو گروه بیمار کرونری و افراد سالم، تفاوت معنی‌داری نشان نداد (158/0=P). نتیجه‌گیری: اجزای خاصی از ابعاد کمال‌گرایی و سیستم‌های مغزی-رفتاری با بیماری عروق کرونر قلب، ارتباط اختصاصی دارد و می‌توانند مولفه‌های مناسبی در تحلیل‌های روان‌شناختی بروز بیماری کرونر قلب باشند.}, keywords_fa = {بیماری عروق کرونر,تاب‌آوری,سیستم مغزی-رفتاری,کمال‌گرایی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_7489.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_7489_701b70498262aafdfc0dee8bdbad7b3f.pdf} }
