Go-No Go and stop signal paradigms are the frameworks used for studying behavioral inhibition. As in stop signal paradigm it is necessary for participants to inhibit triggered response, we aimed to investigate behavioral inhibition in clinical compulsive washing in this paradigm.    Materials and Methods: The cases of this clinical trial were participated among obsessive-compulsive patients who referred to psychiatrists clinics in Mashhad. Number of 30 cases with washing compulsion and 30 cases without disorder were selected. Beck Depression Inventory - version II, Obsessive Compulsive Inventory- Revised (OCI-R) and Stop it test were fulfilled for all cases in the Psychology Clinic of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Data analyzed by MANCOVA and SPSS software version 20.  Results: The analysis showed that the effect of group factor (F=4.37, P<0.05). The results of MANCOVA analysis showed that there is a significant difference in Stop-Signal Reaction Time (SSRT) between compulsive washing patients and the control group (F=4.298, P<0.05). There is no difference between the two groups in Stop-Signal Delay (SSD) (F=1.265, P=0.18).  Conclusion: Significant differences in stop-signal reaction time between the two groups indicated a deficiency in behavioral inhibition in the compulsive washing group. Inability to inhibit triggered response (behavioral inhibition) in compulsive washing patients is consistent with the symptoms of disorder.}, keywords = {Inhibition,Obsessive-compulsive disorder,Signal}, title_fa = {بررسی بازداری رفتاری در مبتلایان به وسواس شستشو: پارادایم توقف علامت}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: علایم وسواس شستشو، احتمال نقص در بازداری رفتاری را مطرح می سازند. پارادایم توقف علامت در بررسی بازداری رفتاری به کار می‌رود و از آن جا که تکلیف توقف علامت، نیازمند بازداری یک پاسخ حرکتی به راه افتاده است، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی بازداری رفتاری در افراد مبتلا به وسواس شستشو در چهارچوب این پارادایم بوده است. روش‌کار: نمونه‌های این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی پس-رویدادی  از میان مبتلایان مراجعه‌کننده به مطب روان‌پزشکان در سطح شهر مشهد انتخاب شدند که شامل 30 نمونه‌ی بالینی مبتلا به  اختلال وسواس شستشو و 30 نمونه‌ی غیر مبتلا به وسواس بودند. پرسش‌نامه‌های افسردگی بک ویرایش II، پرسش‌نامه‌ی بازنگری شده‌ی اختلال وسواسی اجباری و آزمون توقف علامت در کلینیک روان‌شناسی دانشکده‌ی علوم تربیتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بر روی نمونه‌ها اجرا گردیدند. داده‌ها با تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و نرم‌افزارSPSS  نسخه‌ی بیست، تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: تحلیل یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده‌ی معنی‌دار شدن عامل گروه است (05/0>P و 37/4=F). بررسی آزمون‌های تعقیبی مربوط به تاثیرات بین آزمودنی‌ها نشان داد که تفاوت میانگین‌ها در متغیر زمان واکنش علامت توقف معنی‌دار بوده است (05/0>P، 90/8=F). در این میان، تفاوت مربوط به میانگین‌های مربوط به متغیر تاخیر زمان واکنش معنی‌دار نشده است (18/0=P، 83/1=F). نتیجه‌گیری: معنی‌دار شدن تفاوت مربوط به متغیر زمان واکنش علامت، نشان‌دهنده‌ی نقص بازداری حرکتی است که در افراد دچار وسواس شستشو با علایم اصلی این اختلال، هماهنگی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال وسواسی-اجباری,بازداری,علامت}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_6564.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_6564_c0e76e61c4ae72d6b223d3346a82f87c.pdf} }
