The aim of this study was to understand the experiences of psychiatric nurses regarding burnout in psychiatric hospitals in Mashhad in 2013.  Materials and Methods: This research is a qualitative study with interpretive phenomenological method. Participants were selected from psychiatric nurses based on inclusion criteria through purposive sampling to reach data saturation (n=12). Data collection was done by in depth and unstructured interviews and every interview was tape recorded then data analysis was done by the method of Diekelman et al. (1989).  Results: The results of this study were categorized into three main themes and 10 sub-themes: 1- Walking on glass (violence, to confront unusual behavior and speech of patients, physical and psychological needs of patients, the unwanted interventions), 2- Living in a spider's web (high volume of work, lack of understanding of managers, shortage of personnel) and 3- Dark clarity (financial needs, life responsibilities, family problems).  Conclusion: Many of the symptoms of various conditions affecting burnout in this study suggest that interventions should be individualized and attend to all domains of life such as behavior, social, and the work. Also, further support and involvement of managers in the prevention of burnout is a necessity.}, keywords = {Job burnout,Nurses,Psychiatry}, title_fa = {فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران در بخش‌های روان‌پزشکی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: فرسودگی شغلی، سندرمی شایع در میان پرستاران بخش روان‌پزشکی است و عدم توجه به آن منجر به افسردگی، رضایت شغلی پایین، عیب‌جویی، سرزنش کردن و فقدان همدلی نسبت به بیمار، کاهش عملکرد شغلی، افزایش مشکلات بین فردی و خانوادگی و بالاخره اختلال در امر مراقبت از بیماران می‌باشد، لذا هدف از این مطالعه درک تجارب پرستاران بخش روان‌پزشکی از فرسودگی شغلی در بیمارستان‌های روان‌پزشکی مشهد در سال 1392 بوده است. روش‌کار: این یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی تفسیری است. شرکت‌کنندگان از میان پرستاران بخش‌های روان‌پزشکی بر اساس معیارهای پذیرش با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند (12 نفر). جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق و بدون ساختار انجام و بر روی نوار ضبط و کلمه به کلمه بر روی کاغذ نوشته شد و سپس تحلیل اطلاعات به روش دیکلمن و همکاران (1989) صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه در قالب 3 درون‌مایه‌ی اصلی و 10 زیر درون‌مایه: 1- راه رفتن روی شیشه (خشونت، برخورد با رفتارها و کلام غیر معمول بیماران، برآوردن نیازهای جسمی و روانی بیماران و اقدامات ناخواسته)، 2- زندگی در تارعنکبوت (حجم بالای کار، عدم درک مدیران، کمبود کارکنان) و 3- وضوح تاریکی (نیاز مالی، مسئولیت زندگی، مشکلات خانوادگی) از تجربیات مشارکت‌کنندگان ارایه شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بسیاری از نشانه‌ها وشرایط مختلف موثر بر فرسودگی شغلی موجود در این مطالعه نشان می دهد که مداخلات باید منحصر به فرد بوده و بر تمام زندگی فرد از جمله رفتار، زندگی اجتماعی و محل کار تاثیر بگذارد، هم‌چنین حمایت بیشتر مدیران نیز در پیشگیری از فرسودگی شغلی یک امر لازم است.}, keywords_fa = {پرستاران,روان‌پزشکی,فرسودگی شغلی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_4789.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_4789_f1e8e20161d0ccda975ec2aed19a1b5a.pdf} }
