Due to Impressive growth of stimulants, particularly methamphetamine, in our country in recent years, this study aimed to evaluate the projection responses related to methamphetamine group in the Rorschach test. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study performed in 90-91 using availability sampling method in 40 methamphetamine-dependent men in Yaran, Omid, Novin, Omid-e-Rahaee and Nejat Camp and 40 people in control group in  Yazd. Two groups were matched in age and gender and educational level were equal. The Rorschach test was performed on all participants. Credibility among investors score obtained. Data were analyzed using with SPSSV19 and logistic regression models. Results: The findings suggest that Human negative responses and color-shape responses in Rorschach test were able to separate significantly (P<0.05) methamphetamine-dependent people and control group. With a logistic regression model, 70% of people were correctly classified.  Conclusion: Negative projection of human responses In methamphetamine-dependent group indicate that methamphetamine-dependent group were somewhat uncertain about the personal perfection due to having narcissistic personality, and tended to neutralize or control defensively positions that find challengeable with their valuable. Also reduce of responses with color-shape content shows improvement in treatment in methamphetamine-dependent group.}, keywords = {Dependency,Projection,response,Rorschach test}, title_fa = {پروفایل شخصیتی بیماران وابسته به مت آمفتامین بر اساس آزمون رورشاخ}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: مطالعه در مورد ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سبک عاطفی افراد سوء‌مصرف‌کننده‌ی مواد، اطلاعاتی در مورد عوامل زیربنایی و تداوم‌دهنده‌ی رفتار اعتیاد، به‌ دست می‌دهد. با توجه به رشد چشمگیر مصرف مواد محرک به ویژه مت‌آمفتامین در سال‌های اخیر، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف بررسی پاسخ‌های فرافکن گروه وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین در آزمون رورشاخ انجام شد.  روش‌کار: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در سال 91-1390 در 40 مرد وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین در کمپ‌های ترک اعتیاد یاران، امید، نوین، امید رهایی و نجات و 40 نفر گروه شاهد در شهرستان یزد انجام شد. دو گروه از نظر سن و جنس همتا و از نظر تحصیلات، همگن شده بودند. آزمون رورشاخ در شرکت‌کنندگان اجرا شد. اعتبار بین نمره‌گذاران از طریق همبستگی بین دو نمره‌گذار مستقل به دست آمد. داده‌ها با مدل رگرسیون لجستیک و با نرم افزار spssv19 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: پاسخ‌های منفی انسانی و پاسخ‌های رنگ– شکل در آزمون رورشاخ، قادرند به طور معنی‌داری (05/0P<) افراد وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین را از گروه شاهد تفکیک نمایند. با یک مدل رگرسیون لجستیک، 70 درصد افراد به درستی طبقه‌بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: فراوانی پاسخ‌های فرافکن منفی انسانی در گروه وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین نشان می‌دهد که این گروه به علت شخصیت خودشیفته، تا حدی در مورد کمال شخصی نامطمئن بودند و تمایل داشتند با حالت تدافعی موقعیت‌هایی را که با ارزش خود چالش‌انگیز می‌یابند، خنثی یا کنترل نمایند. هم‌چنین کاهش پاسخ‌های رنگ- شکل شاخصی از پیشرفت درمان صورت گرفته در کمپ ترک اعتیاد، در گروه وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین است.}, keywords_fa = {آزمون رورشاخ,پاسخ,فرافکن,مت آمفتامین,وابستگی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_3275.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_3275_b115ccc15cdb74ed5c774fa439adda4c.pdf} }
