The purpose of this study was the investigation of obsessive-compulsive disorder prevalence and its subtypes; also, the relationship between OCD and some of the demographic characteristic among women 20 to 40 years old of Ardabil city.  Materials and Methods: In thiscross-sectional descriptive study, with using random cluster sampling method among the women 20-40 years old of Ardabil city, 1790 females were selected and they filled obsessive- compulsive disorder inventoryin autumn 2010. After the separating of incomplete questionnaires, data of 1557 questionnaires were analyzed, and then diagnosis interview was done forwomen who had earned one standard deviation more than average on obsessive-compulsive inventory were done. Data were analyzed by frequency, percent and Kruskal-Wallis tests.  Results: Theprevalence of obsessive-compulsive disorder among women was 9.37%. The most frequency of obsessive and compulsive was about obsessing, ordering, washing, and doubting, respectively. Less frequency was hoarding. Also housewife, unemployed and low educated women had higher scores in obsessive- compulsive disorder inventory.    Conclusion: In this research, the prevalence rate of obsessive-compulsive disorder among 20-40 years old women was higher than that of reported researches in Iran or other countries. So it disclosed the emphasis of this topic.}, keywords = {Obsessive compulsive disorder,Prevalence,Women}, title_fa = {شیوع اختلال وسواسی-جبری در بین زنان 20 تا 40 ساله ی شهرستان اردبیل}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: شیوعاختلال وسواسی-جبری به عنوان بیماری پنهاننسبت به سایر اختلالات روانی در جمعیت عمومی به خوبی اثبات نشده است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی شیوع این اختلال و زیرمجموعه‌های آن و ارتباط آن با برخی از ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی در بین زنان 20 تا 40 ساله‌ی شهرستان اردبیل بود. روش‌کار: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌مقطعی در پاییز 1389 با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای از بین زنان 20 تا 40 ساله‌ی شهرستان اردبیل، 1790 زن انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه‌ی اختلال وسواسی-جبری را تکمیل کردند. بعد از جداسازی پرسش‌نامه‌های ناقص، داده‌های 1557 نفر تحلیل شده و از زنانی که یک انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین کسب کرده بودند، مصاحبه‌ی تشخیصی به عمل آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از فراوانی، درصد و آزمون کروسکال-والیس تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که شیوع وسواس فکری و عملی در بین زنان 37/9 درصد می‌باشد. بیشترین فراوانی وسواس به ترتیب مربوط به وسواس فکری، نظم و ترتیب، شستشو و شک و تردید و کمترین فراوانی مربوط به وسواس احتکار بود. هم‌چنین زنان خانه‌دار، بی‌کار و کم‌سواد، نمرات بالایی در پرسش‌نامه‌ی اختلال وسواسی-جبری داشتند.  نتیجه‌گیری: میزان شیوع اختلال وسواسی-جبری در بین زنان 20 تا 40 ساله‌ی شهرستان اردبیل، بالاتر از میزان شیوع گزارش شده در داخل و خارج کشور می‌باشد که لزوم توجه به این امر را آشکار می‌سازد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال وسواسی-جبری,زنان,شیوع}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1897.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1897_2092edeeaa3e2d1875529e8d7ac71131.pdf} }
