This survey is designed to investigate the efficacy of words list and illustrative pictures tests in personality disorders diagnosis and for propounding differential diagnosis of personality disorders. Materials and Methods: In this study, which was conducted during February 2004 to September 2005, 328 persons who seemed to be afflicted with different personality disorders were selected with random sampling from among those who had referred to therapeutic and consultation centers in Ardabil as well as Ardabil Jail prisoners. They responded to researcher-edited words and pictures tests. Out of the mentioned participants, 45 were normal ones. Obtained data were analyzed employing descriptive statistics and discriminative analysis. Results: The findings showed that both words list and illustrative pictures tests can distinguish different personality disorders from normal persons in 96% and 100% of cases, respectively. Words list test can only diagnose borderline, paranoid, and schizotypal personality disorders in the selective executive method. Also, words list test, as a 7 degrees scale for diagnosis of personality disorders, is more useful than selection only words list. Conclusion: Words list and illustrative pictures tests are useful for diagnosis of personality disorders; it is also suggested that further studies be done with the mentioned tests employing more precision in choosing words and pictures.  }, keywords = {Diagnosis,Objective tests,Personality disorder,Projective tests}, title_fa = {کارآیی آزمونهای فهرست واژگان و تصاویر دیداری در مقایسه با مصاحبه ی بالینی در تشخیص اختلالات شخصیت}, abstract_fa = {تشخیص اختلالات شخصیتی بر پایه ی طبقه بندی تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی (DSM) محدودیت کاربردی دارد و به یک علم بالینی نمی انجامد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی کارآیی آزمون واژگان و آزمون تصاویر جهت تشخیص و تشخیص افتراقی اختلالات شخصیت طراحی شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه 328 نفر از افراد مشکوک به ابتلا به انواع اختلالات شخصیت به شیوه ی در دسترس از بین مراجعین به مراکز درمانی و مشاوره ای و نیز زندانیان اردبیل از بهمن 1383 تا شهریور 1384 انتخاب شده و به آزمون محقق ساخته ی واژگان و تصاویر پاسخ دادند. از افراد فوق 45 نفر بهنجار بودند. داده ها با روش های آماری توصیفی و تحلیل ممیز مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: آزمون واژگان در 96% موارد و آزمون تصاویر در 100% موارد به  طور صحیح قادر به تفکیک انواع اختلالات شخصیت از یکدیگر و از افراد بهنجار است. ضمنا آزمون واژگان تنها در مورد اختلالات شخصیت مرزی، پارانوئید و اسکیزوتایپال در روش اجرایی انتخابی قادر به تشخیص می‌باشد. اجرای آزمون واژگان به روش سنجش میزان علاقمندی به صورت یک مقیاس هفت رتبه ای نسبت به روش انتخاب صرف واژه ها کارآیی بهتری در تشخیص اختلالات شخصیت دارد. نتیجه گیری: آزمون واژگان و آزمون تصاویر جهت تشخیص انواع اختلالات شخصیت کارآیی مناسبی دارد اما در تایید این نتایج لازم است با آزمون هایی که در آن ها واژه ها و تصاویر به صورت دقیق تر انتخاب شده اند پژوهش های بیشتری انجام شود.}, keywords_fa = {آزمون‌های عینی,آزمون‌های فرافکن,اختلال شخصیت,تشخیص}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1641.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1641_e290100ff985f2752204642b5d0c6a65.pdf} }
