The current study was conducted to investigate the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation in relation to communication patterns with the motivation for progress of professional athletes. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of this descriptive-correlational study included all professional athletes exercising in sports clubs in Mashhad in 2018. Among them 400 cases were selected. They fulfilled the revised scale of Richie and Fitz Patrick's (1990) communication patterns, the Lori Negative Negative Assessment Fear Questionnaire (1983), and the Hermans Progress Motivation Questionnaire (1970). Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient test and structural equation modeling. Results: The findings indicated that 59% of the variance of the fear of negative evaluation and also 62% of the variance of the motivation for progress are explained by the fear of negative evaluation but communication patterns can directly explain 55% of the variance in the intention of progressing. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the fear of negative evaluation has a mediating role in the relationship between communication patterns and motivation of professional athletes. Also, there is a significant relationship between fear of negative evaluation and communication patterns with motivation to progress.}, keywords = {Athletes,Communication,fear,Motivation}, title_fa = {نقش میانجیگرایانه ترس از ارزیابی منفی در رابطه با الگوهای ارتباطی و انگیزش پیشرفت ورزشکاران حرفه ای}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: با عنایت به این مهم که از مهمترین سازه های روانشناختی تاثیرگذار بر کیفیت عملکرد ورزشکاران حرفه ای، انگیزش پیشرفت و همچنین ترس از ارزیابی منفی می‌باشد، تحقیق جاری، با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی گرایانه ترس از ارزیابی منفی در رابطه الگوهای ارتباطی با انگیزش پیشرفت ورزشکاران حرفه ای انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی- همبستگی بود. روش کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی شامل کلیه ورزشکاران حرفه ای مشغول به فعالیت در باشگاه های ورزشی شهر مشهد در سال 1397 بود که نمونه‌ای به حجم 400 نفر از میان آنان به صورت در دسترس انتخاب گردید. برای سنجش الگوهای ارتباطی آزمودنی‌ها از مقیاس تجدید نظر شده الگوهای ارتباطی ریچی وفیتز پاتریک (1990)، برای سنجش ترس از ارزیابی منفی در آن ها از پرسشنامه ترس از ارزیابی منفی لری (1983) و جهت سنجش انگیزش پیشرفت آن ها از پرسشنامه انگیزش پیشرفت هرمنس (1970) استفاده گردید. داده‌های این تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که الگوهای ارتباطی، 59 درصد از واریانس ترس از ارزیابی منفی و همچنین، 62 درصد از واریانس انگیزش پیشرفت نیز به وسیله ترس از ارزیابی منفی تبیین می شود. اما الگوهای ارتباطی به صورت مستقیم می توانند 55 درصد از واریانس انگیزش پیشرفت را تبیین کنند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از بررسی داده های پژوهش حاضر، نشان داد که ترس از ارزیابی منفی در رابطه الگوهای ارتباطی با انگیزش پیشرفت ورزشکاران حرفه ای نقش میانجی دارد. همچنین اینکه بین ترس از ارزیابی منفی و الگوهای ارتباطی با انگیزش پیشرفت رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.}, keywords_fa = {ترس,ارتباط,انگیزه,ورزشکاران}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_16163.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_16163_ad6fcbc826448a86fa7dec853101dba2.pdf} }
