According to research findings, attachment styles are very important in predicting mental health. Considering the importance of mental health in people lives, which can be impaired by stress, anxiety and depression and predictive value of Bowlby’s attachment styles for any malfunction in this area, in addition to lack of studies that investigated the relationship between attachment styles with negative emotions, this research try to determine this relationship.  Materials and Methods: This research is a descriptive-correlation study, in which 170 married women, between 15-44 years were selected from Ghaem Hospital and obstetricians’ offices, in Mashhad city, North East of Iran. Data were gathered by using Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale 21 (DASS21), and Female Sexual Function Index. Data were analyzed by calculating Pearson coefficient, using SPSS version 14 and in the significant level of 0.05.  Results: Stress, anxiety and depression was negatively correlated with safe attachment style to parents. Correlation of depression with safe attachment style to parents and correlation of stress with safe attachment style to mother, both were significant. Stress, anxiety and depression were positively correlated to distant attachment style to parents in a significant level (P<0.01).  Conclusion: According to Bowlby theory, attachment is necessary to development of personality and having normal relationships. It seems that attachment style is the base for mental health.  }, keywords = {Adult,Anxiety,attachment,Depression,stress}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط سبک دلبستگی بالغین به والدین با تنش، اضطراب و افسردگی}, abstract_fa = {سبک‌های دلبستگی از منابع درون‌فردی هستند که می‌توانند سطوح تنش و ناتوانی را در شرایط ناگوار تعدیل کنند و اثرات منفی تنش را کم‌رنگ‌تر جلوه دهند. بنا بر نتایج پژوهش‌ها، سبک‌های دلبستگی، اهمیت پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ی زیادی در بهداشت روانی دارد. با توجه به اهمیت سلامت روان در زندگی افراد که از مواد مخل‌کننده‌ی آن تنش، اضطراب و افسردگی است و وجود نظریه‌ی مهم دلبستگی بالبی و دسترسی محدود پژوهشگر به مقالاتی که فرضیات مشتق از این نظریه را آزمون کند، پژوهشی با هدف تعیین ارتباط سبک‌های دلبستگی بالغین به والدین با تنش، اضطراب و افسردگی انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی همبستگی در سال 1388 بر 170 زن متاهل 44-15 ساله که به روش آسان از درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان قائم (عج) و مطب متخصص زنان شهر مشهد انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. داده‌ها با پرسش‌نامه‌ی سبک دلبستگی بالغین به والدین و مقیاس تعیین همزمان تنش، اضطراب و افسردگی جمع‌آوری و با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 14در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 با استفاده از آزمون آماری پیرسون تحلیل شد. یافته‌ ها: تنش، اضطراب و افسردگی، ارتباط منفی با سبک دلبستگی ایمن به والدین دارد که در مورد افسردگی با دلبستگی ایمن به پدر و مادر و تنش با دلبستگی ایمن به مادر معنی‌دار گردید و هر سه مولفه، ارتباطی مثبت و معنی‌دار با سبک دلبستگی سرد به پدر و مادر دارند (01/0P<). نتیجه ‌گیری: بر اساس نظریه‌ی بالبی، دلبستگی برای تکوین شخصیت و روابط بهنجار ضروری بوده و پایه‌ای برای سلامت روانی است.  }, keywords_fa = {اضطراب,افسردگی,بالغ,تنش,دلبستگی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1019.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1019_ed98d32a2075f3162a245a5e1254e703.pdf} }
